
4.5 pounds lighter this week!
i really wasn't sure that i'd lost any weight at all, so i'm thrilled. my biggest revelations this week were how much of a difference a) being mindful of my portion size and b) eating s-l-o-w-l-y make. i definitely feel motivated to commit to this process, even the terribly annoying "food journaling" portion of it. so here i go:
today
breakfast: 1 Luna bar (4 pts) , 1 diet pepsi (i know, i know...soda for breakfast. but no points!)
mid morning: 1 skim latte, 16 oz (2 pts)
lunch: leftover grilled chicken breast (3 pts) with 1pt worth of homemade chipotle sauce and some roasted red potato chunks and another diet pepsi (total: 6 pts)
dinner: taco salad with lean ground turkey, lettuce, reduced fat shredded cheese, and salsa (5 pts) and a large glass of 1% milk (2 pts)
desert: ww fudgesicle type thing (1 pt)
Total for the day: 20 pts
Limit for the day: 22 pts
and yes, i know i'm the only one reading this.
